Lambrecht Associates, Inc. is Real Estate Brokerage specializing in closely held real estate investment and the associated property management. The in-house team draws on over a half century of experience to actively manage properties in several states. The company supports sales, purchases and construction along with monitoring investment properties under other management and overseeing long-term land investments for its owners/customers.

Lambrecht Associates Inc. was established in 1990 after the sale of The Lambrecht Company (a regional mortgage, appraisal and brokerage firm which began as Lambrecht Realty in 1926 and grew with three generations of the Lambrecht family). This new company, along with The Lambrecht Group (1996), allowed Ned Lambrecht and his team to continue what was then already more than three decades of property development along with management and oversight for other select investors, developers and their properties.

Since 1990 the investors have changed, some properties have been added, some sold, but the Lambrecht involvement remains along with the consistent focus on long-term value for both owners and tenants; as proven by some properties being held for 50+ years and some tenants staying more than 25 years.
